Stash Kits: Old Meets New - The Magic of Christmas

It's November and I am feeling the Christmas spirit in a major way! I'm excited to share the first layout using my November Christmas stash kit.

It uses papers from the new Shimelle Christmas Magic line and they are divine. It is a really richly colored collection, but you can get a really light and airy look with them as well.

Although I used new papers, I used old wood veneer, stickers and rub-ons to embellish and I think they fit right in.

Red glitter Thickers were the perfect way to title my layout.

To add a bit of Jen flair, I scripted the word magic with my Pentel Art brush pen and I absolutely LOVE the way it looks on the textured cardstock!

I finished off with a bit of typewritten journaling and some light silver splatters.
